Obituary for
Jack Smith
Jack Smith, 63, of Everett, passed away on Thursday, August 2nd, 2018.
He was born Thursday, October 28th, 1954 in Everett, a son of the late Paul C. Smith and Thelma M. (Norris) Smith.
He is survived by a brother Michael P. Smith and wife Jean Smith of Everett,
Two sisters, Paula M. Morris of Bedford and Yvonne J. Price and husband Todd Price of Everett,
A stepsister Patricia Calhoun of Shellsburg, and many loving cousins, nieces, nephews and their families.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in passing away by a brother Rodney C. Norris and stepbrother-in-law James Calhoun.
Jack attended Everett Area High School, was previously employed as a skilled welder at Rockland Manufacturing in Bedford. and then as a welder/ construction worker in Virginia until retiring to Everett in 2005.
A very talented man who could repair anything, Jack also enjoyed the outdoors, being able to attract wild squirrels to his kitchen window and would feed the squirrels by hand. He was a fun and loving person, with a wonderful sense of humor, and will be remembered for the trust he placed in those family members who lovingly cared for him.
A visitation and viewing will be held Tuesday, August 7th, 2018 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at Dalla Valle Funeral Service, Main Street, Everett. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday and share memories online at www.dallavalle-everett.com.
Private funeral services and burial will be held by his family.
